Thank you for choosing my psychological counseling services. To ensure that your appointment runs smoothly and that you are well prepared, here are some important notes on the procedures and framework conditions of our collaboration.
Session duration and procedure
A standard session lasts 55 minutes. This time is entirely yours and is used to discuss your concerns in a protected, professional setting. Please allow a few minutes before and after your appointment so that you can arrive and leave relaxed and without time pressure.
Directions to the practice at Froschheimstraße 24
The practice is somewhat hidden behind house number 22. Drive along the narrow street behind house number 22 and you will reach the entrance directly. Parking spaces are available on site.
Cancellations and appointment cancelations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel within the last 24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the cost of the session will be charged. This regulation serves to ensure planning security for all parties involved.
Discretion and confidentiality
Your concerns and conversations are in safe hands with me. As a psychological counselor, I am bound by legal confidentiality. This means that everything we discuss remains strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
Payment modalities
After each session, you have the option of either paying the invoice directly on site or by bank transfer. The invoice is due immediately upon receipt and without deductions. You will find all the necessary payment information on the respective invoice. If you have any questions about the invoice or payment processing, I will be happy to help you at any time.

The purpose of psychological counseling is to offer you support in personal or professional challenges, but it does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. I was born and raised in Odense, Denmark. I have been married to an Austrian for over 30 years and have three adult children. In my professional career, I have conducted seminars in team building and personal development, and completed training as a certified life and social counselor. I have also completed training in nature therapy as well as supervision and look forward to accompanying and supporting you on your journey. We will work together to develop solutions for your individual situation and achieve the big goal step by step through partial successes.
